Supply Chain Pilots
We design and implement pilots that connect producers with foodservice operations.
We work “inside the house” and partner with your culinary and procurement teams to make change stick: menu planning, marketing, and operational readiness included.
We work “outside the house” to prepare and match producers to meet your distribution and logistics needs, including vetting, coaching, and onboarding.
We help you meet (or write!) sourcing standards. Whether it’s Good Food Purchasing Program, Practice GreenHealth, AASHE, Real Food Standards, or your organization’s own goals, we translate values into practical procurement.
Training + Technical Assistance
For Institutions, Nonprofits, and Governments: Virtual and in-person trainings on how to design and support inclusive, values-driven supply chains.
